Shipping Now Complete!

Pinup Lovers!

Just a quick update on shipping – all orders (from backers that have returned their survey) have now been mailed out!

We did face some delays throughout this month and August due to significant illness throughout our very small team of shipping staff, but thankfully have now managed to catch back up! We apologize if you were among the backers that were effected. 

However, do we need a completed BackerKit survey to fulfull any remaining orders – remember, if you have not yet returned your BackerKit Survey we cannot send your goodies (even if you have contributed to previous campaigns or bought from the eOlivia or BackerKit store). If you have not received your BackerKit survey, you can gain immediate access via the Survey Recovery Page.  You simply have to enter your email address -the one you used for Kickstarter- and voilà – you are in!

Shipping Has Started! Have YOU Completed Your Survey?

And The Fledglings Have Left Their Nest

Great news! We're very happy to announce that the first batch of Kickstarters has already shipped this week! After a marathon session of Olivia signing like a trooper, calendars should be landing on your mat very soon.

When your package has been received by USPS,  a tracking number will be sent to the email you use for Kickstarter. Don't fret if you have not yet received notification, we expect the packing/shipping to continue for at least the next few weeks. We will be sending further updates as the process continues.

Note: We are still collating orders that contain giclées, so please be patient if you are expecting a signed print/s. We hope to complete all Kickstarter shipments before the start of September.

Completed BackerKit Survey = Delivered Goodies

If you have already completed your survey from BackerKit – we thank you – your order should soon be in your hands! However, we cannot send you goodies without a completed BackerKit survey (even if you have contributed to previous campaigns or bought from the eOlivia store). If you have not received your BackerKit survey, you can gain immediate access via the Survey Recovery Page.  You simply have to enter your email address (used for Kickstarter) and voilà – you are in!

Please Note: If you selected "no reward" during the Kickstarter campaign, we cannot send you any items until you have completed your BackerKit survey and have selected a pledge level.

The BackerKit survey also functions as an "add-on store".  Add-ons ordered during our Kickstarter campaign will come pre-selected in your survey but a whole range of other items will also be on offer, including some exclusive Kickstarter Specials.  If you regret not upgrading to the Print Set during the campaign (or any other of our reward tiers), the BackerKit survey also allows you to upgrade your pledge level! Pinup Lovers – keep your eyes peeled this week – BackerKit survey's will soon be heading into your inbox!

This is your opportunity to inform us of your address - otherwise we can't send your goodies! Please complete and return your survey promptly. As well as collecting your essential mailing information, the BackerKit survey also functions as an "add-on store".  Add-ons ordered during our Kickstarter campaign will come pre-selected in your survey but a whole range of other items will also be on offer, including some exclusive Kickstarter Specials.  Also, if you regret not upgrading to the Print Set during the campaign (or any other of our reward tiers), the BackerKit survey also allows you to upgrade your pledge level! Production Update #2

Firstly some great news – the calendar has already been approved to print! We expect to be able to pick up copies from the printer before the end of June! Even better, stickers from Diesel Fuel Prints and postcards are due to arrive in a couple of days! Assembling thousands of items into packs is one of most time-consuming aspects of production, but our small team is ready and waiting.

For our in-house giclée prints, Olivia is still making final adjustments but we expect production to commence next week.
